Where do I begin?
Give us a call, there is no obligation or charge for a consultation.
We will ask a few questions such as:
What happened? When did this occur (date of loss?) Where is the damage? Is the property secure? Have you filed the claim? Do you need us to evaluate if the claim is worth filing? Do you need a mitigation team?
We will ask you to locate your policy or call the Insurance agent to send you a PDF copy of the entire policy, including the Declarations page, as this will include any riders or exclusions, and your deductible amount.
Once you have a phone visit with one of our public adjusters and are ready to proceed, we will email you a Letter of Representation and a Contact, in which you will sign digitally.
There is never any upfront money. You only pay a small percent on the checks you receive from your insurance company.
Don't worry over this, it is as easy as a phone call to get a better understanding as to what your course of action needs to be. We work with your type of loss daily and chances are you don't work with this daily which is why this is so stressful.
